Vidnoz sells a subscription to their AI video platform, which includes face swap as one feature among many. The same subscription covers 1,800+ AI avatars, hundreds of voice clones, video translation into 140+ languages, and a collection of smaller tools (background remover, lip sync, script generator). If you regularly use two or three of those, Vidnoz is great value.
The tradeoff is shared credits. The Starter plan's 15 credits per month have to cover every AI action you take — an avatar video burns credits the same pool as a face swap. That works if you're flexible about what you use them on; it doesn't work if you want to run a lot of face swaps specifically.
Swaply does the opposite. Every plan is exactly N face swaps, priced per swap, nothing else. If you want a second tool (avatar, voice, etc.) you pay for a different product. Narrower, but predictable.
